Trusted Tech Team previously relied on a fragmented collection of tools throughout its sales process. Leads were sourced through ZoomInfo, initial engagement occurred via Outreach.io, and quotes were manually generated in Google Sheets before sharing through Slack. Billing ran in Chargebee, and order processing took place in Shopify, all of which were disconnected from each other and their CRM, Salesforce. Reporting and commission tracking required manual compilation of data from Outreach, Sheets, and Zapier, consuming valuable time and increasing the risk of error. Integrations connected Salesforce with Shopify, Outreach.io, and Chargebee to enable real-time synchronization of customer, order, and billing data, maintaining consistent records across all systems. Automated quoting replaced manual sheets, accelerating quote creation and approval, while eliminating errors. Gmail integration captured all customer communications within Salesforce opportunity records, giving sales staff a complete view of interactions in one place. Training sessions were delivered to promote adoption and facilitate change management. Real-time data syncing processes were established to keep customer and opportunity information accurate and up to date, reducing errors and supporting timely responses throughout the sales cycle.

Quote approvals that once took hours now take minutes, accelerating deal velocity and cash conversion. Live dashboards provide leaders with same-day insight to fine-tune strategy and coaching, while bi-directional sync with Chargebee and Shopify eliminates billing errors and invoice disputes.
