Overview

Trusted Tech Team previously relied on a fragmented collection of tools throughout its sales process. Leads were sourced through ZoomInfo, initial engagement occurred via Outreach.io, and quotes were manually generated in Google Sheets before sharing through Slack. Billing ran in Chargebee, and order processing took place in Shopify, all of which were disconnected from each other and their CRM, Salesforce.
